Brain Map
A brain map is a 21 channel electroencephalogram (EEG) that assesses your unique brain wave patterns. An EEG cap is placed on your head and the electrical activity of your brain is recorded. An 18 page report is then generated describing the strengths and challenges of your brain. An individualized training plan is also created suggesting training protocols to train the brain into healthier patterns.

A 21-channel brain map, also known as a quantitative EEG (qEEG), provides a detailed view of brain activity by measuring electrical patterns across multiple regions of the brain. This type of assessment can help identify imbalances linked to issues such as anxiety, attention difficulties, sleep problems, stress, concussion recovery, and emotional regulation.
By creating a personalized map of how the brain is functioning, clinicians can make more informed recommendations for treatments such as neurofeedback, therapy, lifestyle changes, or cognitive training. Because it is non-invasive and data-driven, a 21-channel EEG can offer valuable insight into brain performance and support a more targeted approach to improving mental wellness and cognitive function.
